Make sure you have the latest updates if mac version always.

Get the latest software of OBS and make sure you check this every 3 months that you have up to date. The latest software can be find under this link : https://github.com/CoSMoSoftware/OBS-studio-webrtc/releases

OBS Settings

Pre requiste

Below are the settings required by default, changes or difference in the provided settings may lead to audio or video issues.

Your stream settings are done in the stream tab.

Stream name and Publishing token will be provided by IM team on your initial setup and please note it on your side as well.

CODEC MUST BE H264, ANY OTHER CODEC WILL NOT SAVE YOUR VIDEOS EVEN THE STREAM WORKS

Encoder: X264, Bitrate: 2200Kbps, Keyframe: 2s

Audio tab do not make any changes.

Video tab

Output should be : 1280x720 - Higher than this will definitely have video issues. FPS should be 20 and higher than this will have bandwidth issues.
